Responsibilities and tasks (not limited to)• Timely oversee the production line status(Tool, WIP...) and cooperate for best production performance (Output, cycle time...)• Analysis production related data and provide strategy dynamically to achieve Prod. related KPI Goal• Continuously improvement such as workload reduction Lost time RPTOI scheduling Q-time control...etc.• Leading operators to timely monitoring production status and feedback capacity issue.• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and provide guide line priority to be focused by a given timeline.• Proven ability to accurately analyze and interpret data.• Demonstrated excellence in teambuilding, mentoring and coaching

Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.• Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
