JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel EaaS is seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Opportunity Assessor (EEOA) to support its Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) and Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) businesses. The candidate will be responsible for conducting energy audits, identifying opportunities for energy efficiency improvements, and providing technical solutions to optimize chiller plant performance in alignment with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities of this role includes, but not limited to, the following:

  • Collect and analyze operational data from chiller plants to assess energy performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive energy audits, focusing on detailed energy assessments of chiller plant systems.
  • Identify energy efficiency improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the feasibility and financial impact of proposed energy-saving measures.
  • Ensure all technical solutions align with Singapore’s regulatory and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development (BD) team, providing technical expertise during chiller plant site visits to support project planning and client engagement.
  • Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field • Certification as an Energy Efficiency Opportunity Assessor (EEOA) is mandatory • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in energy audits and energy efficiency improvement projects • Proven track record of successfully delivering energy audits and implementing efficiency improvements • Strong technical expertise and knowledge of best practices, standards, and regulations in the cooling industry • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide practical energy-saving solutions • Familiarity with chiller plant operations and energy management systems • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders #LI-SF1
