WHO WE ARE:

As Singapore’s longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932. How? By taking the time to truly understand people. From there, we provide support, services, solutions, and career paths that meet their individual needs and desires.

Today, we’re on a journey of transformation. Leveraging technology and creativity to become a future-ready learning organisation. But for all that change, our strategic ambition is consistently clear and bold, which is to be Asia’s leading financial services partner for a sustainable future.

Your Opportunity Starts Here.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver capabilities under the regional modernisation strategy, architecture, and engineering roadmap for endpoint, mobile device, and automation platforms across multiple geographies in a highly regulated enterprise environment.

  • Provide technical leadership and act as the global subject‑matter authority for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and Jamf.

  • Enhance global engineering standards, security baselines, and operational controls across endpoints and collaboration platforms, ensuring consistent compliance with enterprise policies and regional regulatory requirements.

  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance endpoint compliance policies and lifecycle processes (OS deployment, patching, security baselines, and reporting) using SCCM and Intune to ensure enterprise security and audit compliance.

  • Partner with Risk, Security, Architecture, and Compliance teams to strengthen operational resilience, risk posture, and audit readiness across all supported regions.

  • Provide technical support for global implementation, certification, and adoption of new products, platforms, and software releases, ensuring alignment with approved technology roadmaps and regional deployment constraints.

  • Oversee resolution of complex, cross‑regional workplace technology issues, providing deep engineering oversight, root‑cause analysis, and systemic remediation.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies, product features, and vendor roadmaps, balancing innovation with stability, cost efficiency, security, and operational scalability.

  • Work closely with regional IT teams and service partners to manage architecture alignment, platform consistency, and execution quality across countries and time zones.

  • Proactively assess and manage technology risk across jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to local laws, data protection requirements, and regulatory expectations while safeguarding the firm, its clients, and assets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline, with 5+ years of experience in endpoint or workplace engineering roles, including leadership responsibility across regional or global enterprise environments.

  • Strong track record in managing large‑scale, multi‑region endpoint platforms, policies and controls using SCCM, Group Policy Objects (GPO), Microsoft Intune and JMAF Pro.

  • Hands‑on experience implementing and managing enterprise endpoint security solutions, including the Microsoft Defender security suite, in regulated environments.

  • Advanced scripting and automation expertise using PowerShell and Python; working knowledge of Microsoft SQL preferred.

  • Solid grounding in technology risk management, security controls, and regulatory compliance, with prior experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews across multiple jurisdictions; relevant certifications are an advantage.

  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex, systemic issues at enterprise and regional scale, spanning multiple platforms and dependencies.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical risks, trade‑offs, and recommendations to senior executives and non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently while managing multiple, concurrent initiatives across regions and time zones.

  • Proven history of driving operational excellence, including process standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement at scale.

  • Extensive experience working within matrixed, globally distributed teams, partnering effectively with regional IT, security, architecture, and external service providers.
