Description of Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and manage System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software distribution, operating system deployment, and patch management.

  • Monitor SCCM infrastructure for performance and reliability, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for SCCM processes, configurations, and best practices.

  • Maintain SCCM infrastructure (site servers, DPs, boundaries).

  • Manage MacOS devices using JAMF Pro

  • Development of scripted procedures and automation of day-to-day common executed tasks in End User IT services and endpoint management operations in a large-scale enterprise environment.

  • Monitor, detect, remediate Mac devices health and risk issues, such as NAC posture, patch versions, and related security compliance gaps.

  • Analyse usability and security of third-party software, perform security scanning and functional tests to make sure the software is saft to be introduced into the environment.

  • Develop solutions that integrate with various platforms/applications via API for managing endpoint security and compliance, risks in onboarding and provisioning endpoints and self-remediation of endpoint issues, etc.

  • Participate in EUS projects including Base Release Image upgrades, Microsoft 365, MacOS optimisation, and implementation of virtual desktop environment.

  • Proactively engage internal business and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve digital workspace and overall endpoint security posture.

  • Address audit findings by refining existing processes and/or endpoint compliance policies.

    • Create and maintain OS deployment task sequences using SCCM

    • Monitor and troubleshoot software and patch deployments and managed manage hardware and software inventory collection.

    • Implement and monitor endpoint protection policies for Windows/Mac using Intune

    • Enforce compliance settings and configuration baselines and generate reports on software, hardware, and compliance

    Job Qualifications/Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT and minimum 3 years’ experience in end user computing and desktop engineering role within a Banking or FI industry.

    • Hands-on experience with MacOS configurations and JAMF.

    • Strong, diverse technical skills, especially in the areas related to end user computing including Windows/Mac OS, Office O365 and software packaging.

    • Knowledge in risk management, MacOS vulnerabilities and mitigations.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill with proven ability to work well in a technically challenging and multitasking environment.

    • Possess creativity, ingenuity, and willingness to challenge status quo.

    • A team oriented and team player.
