What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing coaching on sensitive work-related issues such as conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Apply sound judgment and understanding of Adobe’s policies, culture, and values to drive positive outcomes.

  • Manage investigations into compliance and employee-related matters, assess risks in involuntary separations, and collaborate with HR Business Partners and Legal to recommend and implement appropriate actions.

  • Analyze data and trends to proactively identify risks, develop preventive programs, and support organizational changes including reorganizations.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all ER cases, and contribute to regional and global projects to scale best practices and enhance employee experience.

  • Facilitate workshops and enablement sessions to build manager capability in handling performance, engagement, and conflict, aligned with Adobe’s performance philosophy

What you need to succeed

  • 7+ years of experience in Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partnering, with at least 3 years focused on ER.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority ER cases with consistency and discretion.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to navigate sensitive conversations with tact and empathy.

  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills in complex and ambiguous situations.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

  • High integrity and ethical standards!

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; legal background is a plus.

  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Thai) are highly desirable.
