Job Description
Available Project Tracks (You will indicate your preferred track during application)
1. Change & Move Management
Support organisational change and workplace move initiatives across corporate offices.
You will analyse change drivers and stakeholder impact, develop communication and engagement materials, and contribute to move planning and post-implementation reviews.
Exposure includes:
Business engagement decks and leadership presentations
Employee communications and townhalls
Move planning and hypercare support
Post-move surveys and project completion reporting
2. Facilities Management (Workplace Experience & Sustainability)
Work on initiatives aimed at improving workplace experience, operational performance and sustainability outcomes.
Exposure includes:
Workplace experience assessments
Service and process improvement initiatives
Sustainability and green improvement analysis
Performance reporting and stakeholder coordination
3. Project Management (Program & Projects Team)
Gain structured exposure to real estate program governance and live projects.
Exposure includes:
Review and compare operational frameworks (Process Universe vs Playbook)
Identify process gaps and automation opportunities
Attend site meetings and support project reporting
Deliver recommendations to simplify or enhance workflows

About You
Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business or a related discipline
Strong communication and analytical skills
Proactive, organised and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
