About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the growth and innovation in the wealth management department covering treasury products and equities in the consumer banking space. This role offers the opportunity to shape business strategy and product governance, lead key initiatives, and partner closely with stakeholders across Wealth Management, Global Markets, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Finance.

The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen, deep product expertise and governance compass, and proven leadership capabilities to drive business performance, enhance customer outcomes, and deliver strategic change across a broad investment product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and profitability across treasury products (structured products including structured deposits, fixed income, foreign exchange, dual currency investments, precious metals) and cash equities (and its associated products and services)

• Lead product strategy, product governance, and proposition development across these products and develop relevant wealth solutions together with multiple partners

• Identify market opportunities and develop initiatives to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and product penetration.

• Champion customer journey improvements, digitization, and platform enhancements to deliver a seamless investing experience.

• Lead strategic initiatives and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business transformation and regulatory change programmes.

• Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive execution against key business objectives.

• Maintain strong governance, risk management, and regulatory oversight across the product portfolio.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and influence outcomes across a complex organization.

• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

• 12-15+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Treasury Products, Capital Markets, Investments, Brokerage, or related financial services businesses.

• Strong understanding of treasury and investment products, including FX, Structured Products, Fixed Income, and Equities.

• Demonstrated ability to lead business growth, deliver strategic initiatives, and manage senior stakeholder relationships.

• Proven experience driving digital transformation, customer experience improvements, or business change programmes.

• Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
