How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to extract insights from complex data sets, communicate your findings effectively to stakeholders, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You'll need to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science and machine learning (e.g. gen AI, agentic AI etc), and be able to apply these skills to drive business outcomes.

What you do

• Lead the design and deployment of advanced AI solutions to address the bank’s most complex business challenges
• Architect scalable machine learning systems and oversee end-to-end model development and implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic business needs into AI-driven solutions
• Drive regional AI initiatives, including building and leading high-performing teams across geographies
• Stay at the forefront of AI research and innovation, applying cutting-edge techniques to deliver business impact

Who you are

• A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a strong track record of technical leadership
• Deep expertise in Python, modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, vLLM, SG Lang) and Cloud based AI/ML delivery. (AWS/GCP etc.)
• Proven experience in solving complex problems using AI and deploying models in production environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing regional or cross-border teams.
• A visionary mindset with a passion for building impactful AI solutions and teams
