Responsibilities
  • Product Engineering for Low Power DRAM (LPDDR) products supporting Mobile, Automotive, and Data Center applications
  • Develop and maintain test flows to improve yield and quality throughout NPI and HVM phases.
  • Perform failure analysis through data mining, tester analysis, and silicon characterization.
  • Drive and implement root cause fixes in collaboration with Circuit Design and Fab Process teams.
  • Validate circuit functionality and electrical performance across different operating conditions.
  • Support NPI activities, including bringup, characterization, and cross-site handover.

Required Skills
  • Experience with EFA, PFA, Process, wafer-level testing, burn-in, reliability, test program development.
  • Understanding of semiconductor devices and DRAM fundamentals.
  • Data-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze yield, reliability, and test data.
  • Good understanding of IC build and semiconductor devices.
  • Basic programming capability.
  • Experience in test data analysis automation or scripting is highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams
  • Familiarity with LPDDR architecture and JEDEC specifications is a strong plus

Preferred Skills
  • Hands-on experience with LPDDR or DRAM product engineering.
  • Knowledge of Process, Probe test (wafer level), burn-in boards, burn-in systems, or stress test hardware.
  • Experience with semiconductor test flows.
  • Familiarity with probe (wafer level) and backend test flows.
  • Experience supporting NPI ramps and manufacturing scale-up.

CrossFunctional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing organizations
  • Work with Micron Memory Japan and US Product Engineering teams
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Process Integration, Application Engineering, and Test Solutions teams
  • Participate in crosssite technical alignment and handover between Taiwan, Japan, and other global teams

Education
  • Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • Desired: Background in VLSI, Semiconductor Physics, or Nanotechnology
  • Preferred: Japanese language capability is a plus
