About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson as a Distribution and Warehousing Specialist within the FIM MNEA team-a cross-country regional team responsible for distribution and warehousing operations across MNEA. In this crucial replacement role, you will ensure business continuity in Taiwan while shaping our end-to-end logistics strategy. You'll manage tactical warehouse operations, drive supplier governance, and act as a key business advisor to optimize operational efficiency and sustainability. What you will do:
  • Oversee and optimize end-to-end distribution and warehousing execution across global, regional, and local operational levels.
  • Strengthen warehouse governance, manage third-party logistics suppliers (LSP), and lead cross-functional risk and compliance management.
  • Drive logistics performance metrics, including cost avoidance, delivery precision, inventory/shipping accuracy, and warehouse fill rate.
  • Serve as a functional advisor, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align logistics strategy with customer and business needs.
  • Conduct root cause analyses to resolve transport/warehouse operational issues and identify efficiency and footprint reduction opportunities.
  • Promote eco-friendly, compliant, and cost-effective transport and storage execution to support global sustainability goals.
  • Utilize enterprise systems and tools (e.g., SAP WM, TMS, Primelog, Tracy) to streamline supply chain processes.
