About the Role

We’re looking for a Director of User Experience, AI Products with a global mindset and a deep understanding of how AI is redefining the way people interact with digital products.

As the design lead for our international product strategy, you’ll be responsible for shaping the user experience across all platforms—mobile, desktop, and web— while defining the next-generation interaction paradigms in the AI-powered workplace. Your work will help us build a product that resonates across cultures and geographies, delivering a localized yet consistent experience to users worldwide.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and AI teams to build our experience framework from the ground up—and lead a high-performing design team to champion the strategic value of design across the company.

What You will Do

  • Define next-gen user interaction models for the AI era, focusing on agent- and assistant-based conversational interfaces.

  • Lead the visual and interaction design systems across all platforms (mobile, desktop, web) to ensure consistency, usability, and quality.

  • Drive culturally sensitive and localized design strategies for global audiences—especially in North America, East Asia, and Europe.

  • Create explainable, iterative, and dialog-driven user experiences that leverage the full power of AI, enabling seamless human-AI collaboration.

  • Build and manage a high-performing, cross-cultural design team; establish scalable processes, tools, and design systems.

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to promote a user-centered, iterative design process that drives innovation.

  • Participate deeply in user research, brand evolution, and the development of a consistent visual language.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.

  • At least 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams.

  • Deep understanding of AI-native interfaces—conversational agents, multi-turn interactions, or intelligent assistants.

  • Proven track record in designing for multi-cultures and regions.

  • Experience in successfully launching products in the US/EU markets.

  • Fluent in English, strong collaboration skills across different time zones.

  • High product sensitivity, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to take ownership from strategy to execution in a fast-moving environment.
