What you are accountable for:
The Director, Strategy will lead the global strategic development of integrated marketing programs that drive meaningful business outcomes for our clients, leveraging expertise in 
marketing strategy, B2B marketing, ABM and brand-to-demand. Reporting into the VP, Strategy, the Director, Strategy will serve as a senior strategic partner, collaborating with 
cross-functional teams to develop and deliver integrated go-to-market strategies and elevate the strategic value Just Global delivers across the marketing spectrum.

What you are responsible for:

• Lead strategic direction across enterprise accounts from discovery to performance optimization. 
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients, aligning marketing strategies to commercial goals. 
• Drive integrated strategy development across ABM, demand generation, brand and lifecycle marketing.
• Identify and champion opportunities for innovation, insight-led planning, and transformation. 
• Develop audience and market intelligence frameworks to inform targeting, messaging, and channel strategy. 
• Convert market and behavioral insights into clear, actionable strategic plans. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics and media teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks. 
• Develop insight-driven, differentiated value propositions rooted in audience, market, and competitive understanding. 
• Collaborate with creative teams to bring propositions to life across campaigns and sales enablement.
• Design and oversee ABM strategies across one-one, one-to-few and one-to-many programs.
• Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), Target Account Lists (TALs), engagement strategies and messaging strategies. 
• Act as a regional thought leader for ABM strategy, contributing to global ABM centerof excellence efforts. 
• Develop full-funnel marketing strategies connecting brand awareness, demand generation and sales enablement. 
• Design programs that accelerate pipeline development and deepen customer engagement. 
• Guide campaign planning through storytelling, content journeys and channel alignment. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and effective strategic solutions
• Lead client workshops and strategic presentations to drive alignment and excellence
• Mentor junior teammates and contribute to the growth of strategic capabilities across the agency.

Experience

• 8+ years experience in B2B marketing specifically within an agency of consultancy setting. 
• 4+ years of experience managing teams
• Track record in collaborating across internal agency, external partner, and client teams to deliver best-in-class marketing solutions.
