- Serve as the regional voice into global platform forums, ensuring regional needs, constraints, and opportunities shape global roadmaps.
Regional Prioritization & Value Delivery
- Identify and prioritize countries, markets, and initiatives with the highest business benefit and ROI.
- Evaluate capability gaps versus required business process changes, identifying improvement opportunities across people, process, data, and technology.
- Define platform demand signals aligned to business strategy rather than standalone technology requests.
- Balance near‑term value realization with long‑term platform scalability and sustainability.
Transformation Planning & Executive Communication
- Develop and communicate a regional transformation execution plan aligned to enterprise platform strategy and regional growth objectives.
- Engage country leaders to set clear adoption and utilization goals that roll up to regional and global targets.
- Establish transformation milestones, success metrics, and governance mechanisms to track progress and manage risk.
- Drive clarity across stakeholders through disciplined communication of priorities, dependencies, and outcomes.
Execution & Organizational Transformation
- Ensure successful transformation of organizational structures, operating models, and business practices, including the Platform Operating Model / Platform‑Based Organization (PBO).
- Actively operationalize platform capabilities across IDA, AI, OIDA, SMB pricing, margin management, and commercial execution.
- Partner with business and functional leaders to embed platform‑driven decision‑making into daily workflows.
- Enable readiness across operating units, including change management, skills enablement, and adoption measurement.
Continuous Optimization & Growth Enablement
- Leverage data, analytics, and ongoing automation to identify and unlock regional‑specific business opportunities.
- Use platform data to better understand customer behavior, end‑user needs, and third‑party interactions.
- Drive business growth and diversification by translating insights into actionable strategies and scalable execution.
- Normalize the adoption of standardized platforms, processes, and data disciplines as the default way of working.
End Results & Measures of Success
- Accelerated platform‑led financial performance, including margin expansion, pricing effectiveness, and SMB growth.
- Tangible improvements in speed, efficiency, and scalability through global best‑practice adoption.
- Measurable regional progress against global transformation benchmarks and maturity standards.
- Sustained business growth driven by platform data, automation, and customer‑centric insights.
- Strong regional leadership credibility as a trusted partner to both global platform teams and country executives.
Leadership Profile
- Proven transformation leader with experience driving enterprise‑scale platform or data‑led change.
- Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Influential communicator capable of aligning diverse stakeholders without direct authority.
- Comfortable operating in complex, matrixed global organizations.
- Results‑driven, analytically grounded, and committed to continuous improvement.
