The Director of Partner Alliances – APAC will lead RELEX’s partner strategy across the Asia-Pacific region, including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. This role is pivotal in building a high-performing alliance ecosystem that drives market expansion, partner-led growth, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

🌏 Regional Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive APAC alliance strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Tailor approaches for mature markets (e.g., Australia, ) and emerging markets (e.g., Vietnam, Indonesia).
  • Collaborate with regional sales and delivery teams to ensure partner alignment and impact.

🤝 Partner Ecosystem Development

  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners including GSIs, boutique consultancies, and regional SIs.
  • Strengthen relationships with key partners such as Accenture, Logic, Argon & Co, Infosys, and PWC.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and partner-led lead generation.

📈 Operational Excellence

  • Oversee alliance operations including contracts, performance metrics, and incentive structures.
  • Ensure partners are embedded early in the sales cycle and project delivery planning.
  • Monitor partner contribution metrics (lead source, co-sell, delivery) and report on business impact.

🚀 Market Expansion

  • Lead partner enablement and onboarding programs to ensure delivery readiness and sales alignment.
  • Support localization efforts including language, culture, and regulatory compliance.
  • Leverage RELEX’s global resources to scale regional capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in alliance management or business development in APAC.
  • Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems across diverse markets.
  • Strong understanding of co-sell models and partner-led delivery.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Based in Singapore or willing to relocate.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in SaaS, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with APAC partner dynamics and regional nuances.
  • Ability to lead through influence and foster long-term, trust-based relationships.
