JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Define and lead mid- to long-term marketing strategies, including market research, customer insights, advertising, and promotions.

  • Develop and implement strategic brand plans and product strategies.

  • Identify high-potential market segments and portfolio opportunities to grow market share.

Product & Brand Management

  • Oversee new product planning, pricing, positioning, and launch activities.

  • Lead APAC new product launches, from business case development to execution and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure regional priorities are addressed.

Market Intelligence & Insights

  • Conduct and supervise marketing research across brands.

  • Analyze sales and marketing trends to inform strategy.

  • Build competitive intelligence and customer insights to support brand development.

Business Development

  • Lead strategic partnership and business development projects to accelerate growth.

  • Ensure alignment between regional and global priorities for product launches and market expansion.

Commercial Excellence

  • Design and implement regional commercial excellence strategies, focusing on sales force effectiveness and automation.

  • Drive segmentation and targeting initiatives linked to business performance.

  • Lead strategic initiatives including commercial execution, value expansion, and channel excellence.

Performance Accountability

  • Accountable for achieving defined revenue targets for key franchises.

  • Establish and track metrics to measure effectiveness of marketing and commercial plans.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with APAC DVP, regional/ country GMs, Global Strategic Marketing, Regulatory, and Clinical teams.

  • Coordinate strategic approaches for product/ therapy launches and leverage learnings across the region.

  • Facilitate strategic and financial planning processes.
