Main Responsibilities:
The Director of Global People Analytics supports data-driven decision-making to improve organizational initiatives. You will develop and implement a strategic vision for people data and analytics, in collaboration with program owners, business partners, and leaders, to produce actionable insights. Promote a culture of analytics by using data-driven techniques to analyze workforce trends.
Other Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans supporting organizational vision and goals, especially in people strategy, technology, and talent acquisition.
Develop and implement data governance structures to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of people data
Collaborate with senior leadership, to align people goals with the broader organizational strategy.
Analyze market trends and internal data to advise strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects and initiatives, encouraging innovation and agility.
Communicate strategic plans and progress to customers at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Requirements:
You should possess at least a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of related experience, with at least 5 years as an analytics leader in an enterprise environment where people data is collected from multiple systems into a central data warehouse. Experience with systems such as Workday, Eightfold, Visier, ServiceNow, and Glint is highly preferred. You should have a consistent track record in bringing to bear data and analytics to contribute to a comprehensive talent strategy and large-scale transformation. Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning are crucial to stay at the forefront of the latest behavioral science and organizational performance research and trends. Strong business insight and communication skills are vital for collaborating across all levels, establishing relationships, and positively impacting senior collaborators and external partners. Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% of the time is required.
