Job Description

The Director, FX Sales will be part of the FX global sales team, reporting into the global head of FX sales. This role will be tasked with growing market share with existing clients as well as expanding our footprint with new FX participants.

Responsibilities

  • Drive more trading volume onto the Cboe FX platforms from existing participants, by providing clients with execution analysis and selling new products.

  • Day to day monitoring of client trading activity.

  • Ensure Cboe FX customer experience is world class and standards are maintained 100%.

  • Target new clients in an effort to grow market share of Cboe FX.

  • Work with the derivatives and equities sales teams in order to maximize cross selling opportunities.

  • To regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts to the global head of Sales.

  • To gather market and customer information and providing feedback on future trends to support sales campaigns.

  • To gather market and customer information and provide feedback in to the product development cycle to ensure that we design and implement services that our clients want / need.

  • Represent Cboe FX where needed at formal road shows and presentations. 

  • Perform basic liquidity management tasks during the Asia time zone

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Significant experience in a Sales position within the financial services sector.

  • Significant experience within the front office trading environment.

  • Proven track record of delivering results and building high quality customer relationships within a fast paced target driven environment

  • Understanding of the key issues in the Financial Services Industry (knowledge of FX Market Microstructure)

  • Excellent presentation and sales techniques.

  • Strong proven interpersonal skills

  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and customer service skills.

  • Desire to learn securities business and Cboe technology/philosophy.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Competent in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Regular attendance at the work place in a traditional office environment is required.
