About the role

Based in Singapore, the Director of Explorer will be responsible for:

  • Lead and oversee Accor Plus’ Explorer subscription membership offering to ensure seamless, engaging, and high-value member experiences.

  • Drive member growth and retention through effective strategy, execution, and continuous optimisation.

  • Align the Explorer programme with global loyalty initiatives to support Accor Plus’ strategic objectives.

  • Foster innovation in customer engagement, continuously enhancing member value and satisfaction.

  • Contribute to business growth by elevating the overall membership experience.

  • Shape the future direction of Accor Plus’ membership offerings through strong leadership and strategic vision.

  • Embody Heartist philosophy by championing exceptional experiences for all members.

 About You

Our ideal candidate will be:

  • Strategic product leader: Proven experience defining and owning product vision and roadmaps, ideally in subscription or loyalty programs, with the ability to align strategy to broader corporate goals.

  • Customer‑centric innovator: Deep understanding of customer insights and travel industry trends, able to design experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and retention.

  • Digital product expertise: Strong background in leading development of digital tools, UX/UI optimization, and personalization features to enhance member journeys.

  • Commercial and partnership acumen: Skilled in negotiating and managing partnerships, designing benefit structures and pricing models, and collaborating with marketing to deliver exclusive offers.

  • Data‑driven operator: Comfortable with analytics, KPIs (conversion, retention, NPS), and using data to refine offerings, reduce churn, and ensure commercial success.
