Job Description:

The Role 

In this role, you will lead the Demand Planning team and play an important role to transform improvements in our Planning Processes.  

You will manage and analyze demand data, partner closely with Sales and Business leaders, and continuously improve to create an accurate, actionable, and aligned demand signal.   

You will partner with senior management to establish strategy and ensure operational effectiveness, improving both short term and long-term outcomes.   

As a leader you must balance tactical execution and the ability to proactively solve for the future.   

You will be the Asia champion for Planning; acting as first point of contact to receive feedback and communication improvements to Plants, Sales, and Planning.   

You will partner cross-functionally through S&OP to align forecasts with supply, financial, and commercial plans and improve product availability and service.

What You’ll Do 

  • Partner with senior leadership to define the demand planning strategy and translate it into multi-year operating plans. 

  • Direct integrated planning capabilities through management layers, ensuring governance, consistency, and operational effectiveness. 

  • Make final decisions on key initiatives, standards, and resource allocations, while reconciling competing stakeholder priorities. 

  • Own critical escalations and executive reporting, ensuring clear intent, accountability, and follow-through. 

  • Deliver sustained improvements in forecast performance, service levels, and business resilience. 

  • Represent Demand Planning in executive forums and with strategic partners as required. 

  • Drive continuous improvements in Demand Planning across both S&OE and S&OP processes. 

  • Act as the primary Planning spokesperson for all Asia Entegris teams, including Manufacturing Plants, Sales, and Planning, ensuring alignment and clarity of demand signals and business priorities. 

  • Lead the transformation of Demand Planning processes to enhance demand signal accuracy and process transparency, delivering benefits to both customers and Entegris. 

 

What We Seek 

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of progressive managerial experience (Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering preferred). 

  • Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of delivering results through effective coaching, prioritization, and performance management. 

  • Experience establishing and governing Demand Planning and S&OP processes, including planning calendars, KPIs, escalation processes, and decision-making forums. 

  • Strong cross-functional influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. 

  • Demonstrates PACE values:

  • Dedication to Excellence – Own key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and service performance, while driving and sustaining continuous improvements. 

  • Ability to overlap with U.S. working hours as required (approximately 25% of the time). 

  • Open to travel, particularly within Asia. 

  • Candidate must be based in Singapore.
