Design, build, deploy, and operationalize LLM-driven agentic AI systems and scientific ML solutions. Create Python pipelines, data preprocessing for time-series/spatial data, integrate agents with tools/APIs and simulation workflows, implement monitoring and validation, visualize results, and collaborate with domain experts to embed AI into engineering workflows.

Support Southeast Asia customers on product and process quality, drive customer communications and scorecard improvements, lead NPI/HVM quality activities (control limits, control plans, capability reviews), investigate SPC/OOC events, manage customer complaints and corrective actions, conduct audits and site visits, and coordinate quality systems (eCoA, PCNs) with internal teams.

Lead regional quality strategy and execution for Asia semiconductor plants. Drive zero-defect and high-reliability outcomes through QMS ownership, customer escalations, data-driven root cause analysis (8D, RCA, Six Sigma), CAPA closure, Lean initiatives, and cross-site standardization. Build and mentor multi-site QE/CQE teams, align with global stakeholders, and ensure readiness for customer qualification and audits.
