Supports OEM and strategic customer accounts by coordinating order fulfillment, shipment expedites, forecasts, product change notifications, returns, quality escalations, and operational reporting. Maintains CRM and ERP data, supports customer business reviews, improves operational processes, and ensures accurate forecasts and effective execution of customer deliverables.

Design, implement, and operate forecasting and ML solutions to improve 18-month demand accuracy. Manage forecast and pricing data in SAP IBP, analyze large datasets, build dashboards in Power BI, partner with cross-functional teams, and continuously refine forecasting methodologies to drive supply chain decisions and business outcomes.

Lead and scale an enterprise Digital Design & Material Innovation Center. Define strategy, governance, and reference architectures for physics-based, data-driven, and hybrid AI/physics modeling. Build global multidisciplinary teams, standardize modeling and validation practices, partner with CIDO for scalable compute and secure deployments, prioritize portfolio investments, and engage external research partners to accelerate materials and product innovation.

Lead and transform Demand Planning for Asia: manage demand data, align forecasts via S&OP with sales, supply and finance, drive forecast accuracy and process improvements, act as regional planning spokesperson, and deliver executive reporting and governance.

Assist R&D on simulation projects for additive manufacturing and design optimization. Perform FEA and CFD, validate simulations with experiments, collaborate with product teams, and present engineering solutions under senior supervision.

Lead centralized procurement operations for direct materials, overseeing end-to-end purchasing, supplier commitments, performance metrics, governance, master data accuracy, continuous improvement, and talent development to ensure supply continuity and operational efficiency.

Lead regional quality strategy and execution for Asia semiconductor plants. Drive zero-defect and high-reliability outcomes through QMS ownership, customer escalations, data-driven root cause analysis (8D, RCA, Six Sigma), CAPA closure, Lean initiatives, and cross-site standardization. Build and mentor multi-site QE/CQE teams, align with global stakeholders, and ensure readiness for customer qualification and audits.
