Leads enterprise pricing strategy, governance, analytics, and execution to expand margins and drive profitable growth. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams on value-based pricing, segmentation, portfolio optimization, discount management, negotiations, and commercial programs. Owns pricing transformation, process redesign, SAP enablement, dashboards, and performance reporting while developing teams and influencing global stakeholders.

Supports OEM and strategic customer accounts by coordinating order fulfillment, shipment expedites, forecasts, product change notifications, returns, quality escalations, and operational reporting. The role partners with Account Management, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Management to resolve issues, manage delivery risks, maintain accurate SAP and CRM data, analyze supply and demand performance, and improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Manages semiconductor accounts across Southeast Asia, driving revenue growth, market share, profitability, forecasting, pricing, contract negotiations, and customer relationships. Coordinates with product, logistics, quality, finance, manufacturing, and planning teams to resolve fulfillment, supply, quality, and technical issues. Maintains CRM and ERP data, supports customer business reviews, improves operational processes, and ensures accurate forecasts and effective execution of customer deliverables.
