Supports OEM and strategic customer accounts by coordinating order fulfillment, shipment expedites, forecasts, product change notifications, returns, quality escalations, and operational reporting. The role partners with Account Management, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Management to resolve issues, manage delivery risks, maintain accurate SAP and CRM data, analyze supply and demand performance, and improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Leads Southeast Asia sales strategy and execution, owning regional revenue, market share, forecasting, strategic accounts, pricing, customer relationships, and commercial performance. Builds and develops account management teams, drives customer retention and new product qualification wins, negotiates agreements, and partners cross-functionally with product, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, marketing, and engineering teams. Provides market intelligence, supports technology adoption, and delivers long-term regional growth.

Manages semiconductor accounts across Southeast Asia, driving revenue growth, market share, profitability, forecasting, pricing, contract negotiations, and customer relationships. Coordinates with product, logistics, quality, finance, manufacturing, and planning teams to resolve fulfillment, supply, quality, and technical issues. Maintains CRM and ERP data, supports customer business reviews, improves operational processes, and ensures accurate forecasts and effective execution of customer deliverables.
