The Finance team’s goal is to be a trusted and collaborative partner to all the businesses and functional teams that we work with, bringing business acumen, financial expertise and insights to aid decision-making and deliver value to our stakeholders. We strive to generate value through providing specialist advice and making recommendations to optimize decision making, delivering transparent processes and implementing governance and controls to mitigate risk.

Shape financial decision-making for Resmed’s global technology, cybersecurity and corporate functions.

At Resmed, our work helps people sleep, breathe and live better. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leaders across Global Technology Services, Cybersecurity and Corporate Functions to turn financial insight into clear decisions.

Where this role fits:

Reporting to the Head of Corporate FP&A, you’ll provide strategic financial leadership across GTS, Cybersecurity, enterprise transformation and SG&A reporting.

You’ll be the primary finance partner to the CIO and GTS organisation, and a close partner to the CISO on investment planning, prioritisation and risk-informed decision-making.

You’ll also lead the Enterprise Cost Management Team, supporting SG&A insight, workforce planning and investment decisions across the corporate footprint.

What you'll own:

  • Partner with senior leaders across Corporate Functions, GTS and Cybersecurity to provide financial guidance and decision support.
  • Lead planning discipline and performance across SG&A, headcount, capitalisation, technology investments, transformation initiatives and driver-based forecasting.
  • Support investment decisions through business cases, portfolio insight, resource prioritisation and benefits tracking.
  • Translate performance into action through clear, practical recommendations that improve business outcomes.
  • Build FP&A capability by bringing structure, coaching and practical process improvement to the team.

What you'll bring:

We’re looking for an experienced Corporate FP&A leader who builds trust, simplifies complexity and helps teams make well-informed decisions.

  • 12 to 15+ years in Finance, with proven Director-level or equivalent FP&A leadership across multiple roles or rotations
  • Experience in a large, complex or multinational organisation with mature FP&A practices, planning discipline and regional or global exposure
  • A track record partnering with senior executives and influencing decisions through financial insight
  • Deep expertise in SG&A, operating expense, headcount and workforce planning
  • Experience supporting technology, digital or transformation portfolios, including investment planning, operating expenses and capital planning
  • Experience with enterprise transformation, business cases, governance and performance tracking
  • Cybersecurity or other highly technical function experience is preferred

What will help you succeed: sound judgement, humility, executive presence, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence, coach and simplify without overcomplicating.

Why Resmed:

  • Meaningful scope. Support the technology, security and corporate functions that help Resmed operate globally.
  • Senior partnership. Work directly with the CIO, CISO and Corporate Function leaders on investment, priorities and performance.
  • Room to shape. Help evolve how Corporate FP&A supports decision-making across a complex global business.
  • Purpose-led work. Contribute to Resmed’s mission to help people sleep, breathe and live better.
  • Location flexibility. Singapore or Sydney base with hybrid working arrangements.
