What this job involves:

As Director of Change Management, you'll be at the forefront of workplace transformation, guiding JLL and our clients through complex organizational shifts with strategic insight and empathy. This role is about more than managing transitions—it's about shaping experiences that empower teams to embrace new ways of working with confidence and enthusiasm. You'll partner with senior leadership to design and execute change strategies that resonate across all levels of the organization, building bridges between vision and execution. Your expertise will help create environments where people feel supported, informed, and ready to thrive through transformation. This position requires someone who can think strategically while remaining deeply connected to the human side of change, ensuring that every initiative strengthens our culture of collaboration and delivers measurable business impact.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Design, develop and implement comprehensive change management and communications strategies across all impacted client teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Build credibility and trust with field teams through authentic engagement, enabling faster decision-making and smoother adoption of new initiatives
  • Conduct cross-functional change analysis and create detailed documentation that captures stakeholder needs, risks, and opportunities throughout the transformation journey
  • Serve as an executive coach and trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping them develop the skills and confidence to become effective change champions within their organizations
  • Organize and facilitate change champion networks across multiple lines of business, creating communities of advocates who drive employee education and engagement
  • Create and execute detailed project plans for all change management deliverables, including business readiness assessments, training programs, communications campaigns, and sustainability strategies
  • Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with political savvy, managing alignment and resolving issues through executive influence and collaborative problem-solving
  • Develop and administer assessments to measure change readiness, adoption metrics, and progress against established goals, using data to inform strategy and tactics
  • Monitor implementation timelines and proactively identify resistance or risk, preparing mitigation tactics and escalating concerns to ensure successful outcomes

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Design, Real Estate or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience applying change management principles, methodologies and tools in complex organizational environments
  • Proven track record of influencing and building relationships at the senior executive level, with the ability to navigate organizational dynamics with confidence
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, multi-phased workplace change efforts from strategy through sustainment
  • Experience working effectively with multi-level, matrixed teams across different geographies and functions
  • Proficiency in cloud-based productivity and project management tools for managing complex project timelines and dependencies
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain focus while working both collaboratively and independently in high-pressure, deadline-driven situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences and deliver compelling presentations
  • Outstanding customer service orientation and interpersonal relationship skills that build trust and foster collaboration

Preferred additional qualifications:

  • Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or similar)
  • Experience in the commercial real estate industry or corporate workplace services environment
  • Background in organizational development, training design, or employee experience
  • Familiarity with workplace technology platforms and digital adoption tools
  • Experience leveraging data visualization and reporting tools to communicate change progress and impact
