Overview
Help shape solutions and make a lasting difference in digital enterprise sales as you lead the DES AI Workforce Manager team for ANZ and India. In this role, you will guide a highly talented group of AI Workforce specialists as you drive Copilot adoption and workplace transformation across the Majors Growth customer segment, the next wave of enterprise customers fueling Microsoft’s growth. You will work across two dynamic geographies, helping your team remove obstacles for the field, coaching them to deepen customer relationships, and creating an environment where every specialist can do their best work.
 
You will oversee a broad book of business, using deep solution-selling expertise to shape strategy, design close plans, and align resources so your team can win and grow with our customers. You will partner closely with sales, technical, and partner teams to accelerate artificial intelligence adoption both internally and with customers, connecting our solutions to meaningful business outcomes. As a people manager, you will invest in the growth, readiness, and well-being of your team, modeling our culture and creating clarity around what success looks like.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of AI Workforce specialists, creating a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and sales excellence while supporting career growth and well-being.
  • Drive business performance across ANZ and India by building healthy top-of-funnel generation rhythms, maintaining rigorous pipeline hygiene, and ensuring accurate forecasting and execution against monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Provide executive sponsorship for strategic customer engagements, removing obstacles, managing risk, and aligning resources to help customers achieve measurable business value from Microsoft AI solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Team Unit, Global Black Belt, FastTrack, Enterprise Partner Solutions, partner, and technical teams to orchestrate customer success and maximize growth opportunities across the sales cycle.
  • Use data-driven business reviews and operational rigor to inspect pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, customer trends, and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement and predictable results.Build and expand market opportunities by leveraging Microsoft sales methodologies, partner ecosystems, and industry expertise to create differentiated customer experiences and accelerate growth in the Majors Growth segment.
  • Model Microsoft leadership principles by fostering inclusion, collaboration, high performance, and customer obsession while leading the team through ongoing business and technology transformation.

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 9+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 10+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 11+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • 6+ years of solution or services sales experience.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
