At ESET, our Digital Sales Specialist has primary responsibility for ESET’s online sales performance in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and India. Working closely with the global digital business unit and regional team, this role drives the development and execution of strategies to increase online acquisition, retention and growth of the customer lifetime value.

Job description

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

•    Adapt and implement comprehensive digital business and marketing strategy for online consumer and business segment revenue growth. 

•    Prepare and execute short, medium-term digital operation plan based on business strategy and revenue target responsibility. 

•    Plan, manage and optimize an integrated array of marketing programs across channels including paid advertising and social media platforms, SEO, affiliate programs, email marketing and in-product messaging programs.

•    Identify new opportunities by analyzing performance data, market data, trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape etc.

•    Monitor ecommerce and autorenewal billing performance and define areas for improvement.

•    Design and develop targeted marketing campaigns and experiments across standard and niche digital channels to explore new avenues and approaches to increase customer acquisition, engagement, customer lifetime value and brand presence.

•    Analyze and interrogate the digital acquisition and retention performance with actionable insights, identify areas for improvement and drive conversion optimization initiatives.

•    Forecast, plan budget (including budget for media planning and buying) and monitor performance with regards to the budget allocation efficiency.

•    Coordinate a team of digital specialists (locally and remotely) to proactively execute and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

•    Partner with complementary regional and global teams to drive and execute effective performance marketing campaigns and demand generation programs aimed at achieving key company strategic goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing/ Growth role or similar position

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience in planning, originating and executing advertising campaigns (Social, Display, PPC and Video) - Digital, Direct marketing, above the line and sales promotional, including demand generation/lead generation programs

  • Experience with digital software, SAAS or cloud solutions (B2C, B2B) preferred

  • Ability to speak, write Mandarin is required as this role liaises closely with our partners Hong Kong and Taiwan.

  • Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.

  • Results-driven with a very strong ability to analyse quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting - A unique blend of business, marketing, and technical acumen.

  • Ability to travel as required.

The incumbent oversees digital performance, campaign budget and efficiency and identifies opportunities for growth and calls out issues that may hinder business growth.
