Job Description:
In this role, you will be part of the Digital Performance and Martech team, focusing on digital media and performance marketing, with a secondary focus on digital experience and martech. As part of this role, you will draw on your expertise of search engine marketing, digital media, programmatic, conversion rate, lead generation and attribution, website, analysis and optimisation skills to drive key business objectives throughout the digital journey of a consumer. You will also provide insights and business transformation opportunities to constantly optimize / refine digital operations. As the bridge between Tech and Marketing, you would also need to ensure that systems for Marketing adhere to IT policies including but not limiting to the following areas: privacy, cybersecurity.
Job Summary:
Performance Marketing & Optimisation:
Manage always-on digital campaigns (paid & organic channels) for leads generation.
Work closely with the strategic marketing and other teams to develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.
Working closely together with brand marketing team to develop digital comms and assets.
Manage and work with media agencies and digital agencies to plan, develop and execute digital campaigns for branding and acquisitions purposes.
Regular performance monitoring & optimisation using various digital analytics/tracking tools and stakeholders, identifying insights and opportunities to further improve lead generation and/or improve the digital experience for consumers.
Support in developing the standard operating procedures and policies for managing digital media platforms.
Martech:
Managing Dashboards/Reporting for Digital Analytics for wider team for regular review and maintenance of Prudential’s digital properties
Managing monthly SEO/ASO, AIO and CRO activities together with webmaster for Prudential’s digital properties.
Working with content/customer experience teams to further enhance SEO/ASO, AIO and CRO activities for Prudential’s digital properties.
Working together with webmaster to execute and optimise website journey (CRO & Personalisation) to drive lead generation or other objectives for Prudential’s digital properties.
Developing and working together with team members to execute lead nurture journeys for prospects and existing customers.
Working together with lead management, CRM, Analytics and IT teams to develop/improve lead management, marketing automation and integrations.
Reviewing and Implementation of Ad/Mar Tech tools when necessary to work with 1st Party customer/big data; working with Data management platforms, optimization tools for media buying and content to enhance content and media planning strategy.
Assistance in managing CMS and corporate website.

Working knowledge of Google AdWords, Webmasters, Optimize, Multi-channel attribution, Web Analytics, SEO/ASO, AIO and SEM, remarketing, retargeting, programmatic media buying and social media advertising tools – like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter.
Strong analytical background with good knowledge of leads generation campaign and systems. Understand performance/direct response marketing, test design, and integrated concepts.
Experienced in social and web analytics, advertising technologies, and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads and other social advertising platforms.
Strong knowledge in SEO, AIO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Google Analytics
Basic knowledge of CMS, Marketing Automation and CRM tools
Working Experience:
4-6 years working experience in digital marketing/ performance marketing preferably with focus on web & apps
Education:
Degree in related discipline
