The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels.
We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager, APAC to drive measurable growth across the region by building and owning integrated campaign strategies that translate business priorities into compelling, regionally relevant programs.
This is an individual contributor role — highly cross-functional and hands-on — suited to someone who thrives on collaboration, data, and personally driving impact through campaign strategy and execution.
This role is both strategic and hands-on — responsible for shaping campaign narratives, defining integrated go-to-market plans, and orchestrating execution across content, paid, lifecycle, partners, and events. Digital channels are a critical execution lever, but not the starting point.
You’ll work closely with the Global Growth Team — across Marketing Operations, Digital, and Content — to adapt global programs into cohesive APAC campaign motions, ensuring regional relevance, optimal performance, and channel innovation (e.g., new market launches, new paid opportunities).
You’ll build and run end-to-end APAC campaign launches, from strategic framing and messaging through to execution, optimisation, and performance analysis.
Equally, you’ll collaborate deeply with local sales teams to ensure that leads are actioned effectively and that marketing efforts directly support regional revenue growth.
What You'll Be Doing:- Own APAC campaign strategy and narratives — translating regional business priorities into integrated, multi-channel programs with clear goals, audiences, and success metrics. This includes tailoring campaign approaches across Australia, Southeast Asia, Japan, and Hong Kong.
- Collaborate with Global Growth (Marketing Ops, Digital, and Content) to localize, sequence, and optimize global campaigns for APAC, ensuring relevance, performance alignment, and efficient budget use. Account for market-level differences in maturity, buyer behavior, and channel effectiveness across AU, SEA, JP, and HK.
- Personally own and orchestrate APAC sponsorships, webinars, and digital activations end-to-end — from campaign planning and storytelling, to content alignment, promotion, and post-campaign analysis.
Manage regional sponsorship budget and secure global approval for any new paid recommendations. - Provide strategic input on global digital, lifecycle, and marketing automation plans, recommending optimizations or new opportunities that support APAC campaign goals.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to shape campaign messaging, value propositions, and content frameworks, ensuring consistency across assets and channels.
- Work with Global Growth to activate campaign plans through paid and lifecycle channels, ensuring execution aligns with campaign strategy and global frameworks.
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure timely lead follow-up, monitor conversion flow, and continuously improve the connection between marketing and pipeline growth
- Measure and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, HockeyStack, and Salesforce, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support always-on demand generation and lead nurturing programs that fuel sustainable pipeline growth.
- Partner with content and creative teams to develop assets tailored for regional audiences and platforms, including managing translation workflows and materials as StackAdapt expands into new markets.
- 7+ years of experience in campaign marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing, ideally within adtech, martech, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of building and leading integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Strong campaign and program management skills, with comfort operating as an individual contributor while aligning cross-functional teams (content, digital, product marketing, sales) around a shared narrative and plan
- Strong digital fluency, including hands-on experience with analytics, marketing automation, CRM, and paid media platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, HockeyStack, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills — able to work fluidly between global growth teams and regional sales.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic communicator who’s equally comfortable executing campaigns and presenting insights to leadership.
- Highly competitive salary
- Retirement/ 401K/ Pension Savings globally

- An awesome parental leave program
- A friendly, welcoming, and supportive culture
