Job Description
The Digital Experience & Personalization Specialist assists and contributes to the development, project management, and successful implementation of personalization programs on the Finastra.com portfolio of sites, with the objective to increase awareness, engagement, and demand generation. This role collaborates and partners with key stakeholders across Finastra's Central Marketing and Business Unit teams.
Responsibilities:

Work with relevant internal Central Marketing and Business Unit stakeholders to capitalize on Finastra.com personalization opportunities

Manage and execute personalization programs and initiatives aligned with strategic goals

Identify segments and audiences to test/personalize against

Plan, create, manage, execute and optimize personalization activity, including creative/content production, scheduling, A/B testing and MVT

Manage analytics and insights for personalization; real-time optimization of personalization activity, and feeding insights into future planning

Seamlessly align with Finastra's marketing automation function, campaign teams, product teams and web team
Qualifications
-
1+ years experience of web content and/or personalization, driving strong results/ROI, preferably in B2B

3rd party agency management
-
Proficient with web personalization applications

Proficient with GA4
-
Working knowledge of automation and CRM platforms (i.e. Marketo)

Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines

Strong written and verbal communications skills
