Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
 

Digital Culture Enablement 

  • Champion Agile, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Data-Digital principles across the organization. 

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and resources to build and sustain a digital-first culture. 

  • Inspire teams to adopt cutting-edge digital practices while aligning with Scoot’s strategic objectives. 
     

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, promote, and execute digital initiatives. 

  • Drive alignment and engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. 

  • Act as the bridge between technical and business teams to translate ideas into executable solutions. 
     

Strategic Delivery and Governance 

  • Establish governance around digital frameworks to ensure productivity, swift delivery, and quality outcomes. 

  • Oversee the execution of digital strategies and provide guidance to teams to meet desired results. 

  • Monitor and track project progress, using data and insights to optimize delivery processes. 

 

Multidisciplinary Collaboration 

  • Partner with leadership and team leads to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. 

  • Lead efforts to address bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and align goals across departments. 

  • Advocate for design-thinking approaches to prioritize user experiences in digital solutions. 

 

Key Requirements :

  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and digital transformation frameworks. 

  • Demonstrated success in delivering digital initiatives, driving organizational change, and cultivating a digital mindset. 

  • Outstanding communication and facilitation skills with experience managing diverse stakeholders. 

  • Analytical thinker with proven success in using data-driven solutions to optimize strategies. 

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and driven to inspire innovation and team alignment. 

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, IT, or related disciplines is preferred.
