This role partners with business teams to identify opportunities to improve the way work is done through technology, process redesign and innovation. The role focuses on understanding business challenges, shaping digital solutions, and driving experimentation to improve productivity, decision-making, operational efficiency and customer or employee experiences.Acting as the bridge between business and technology, the role combines product thinking, business consulting and digital knowledge to translate ideas into practical solutions. While not responsible for software development or technical delivery, the role requires sufficient understanding of digital technologies, data and enterprise platforms to collaborate effectively with product, engineering and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Discovery & Solution Design
Partner with business teams to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for transformation.
Translate business needs into solution concepts, product roadmaps and improvement initiatives.
Evaluate opportunities based on business value, feasibility and organisational readiness.
Facilitate discovery sessions, design thinking workshops and process improvement activities.
Product Thinking & Experimentation
Drive rapid experimentation through proof of concepts and MVPs to validate business value.
Apply product management principles to prioritise opportunities and define success metrics.
Gather user feedback and refine solutions to maximise business outcomes.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical applications to improve business performance.
Business Engagement & Change Enablement
Build strong partnerships across business and technology teams.
Present solution recommendations and business cases to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Champion adoption of new ways of working and support organisational change initiatives.
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Relevant Experience
8+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Innovation, Business Analysis, Technology Consulting or related fields.
Experience identifying business opportunities and translating them into technology-enabled solutions.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong problem-solving, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of AI, automation and digital technologies, and their application to business transformation.
Working knowledge of product management, data concepts and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline.
Professional certifications in Product Management, Agile, Design Thinking, AI, Data Analytics or Cloud technologies are advantageous.
Equivalent practical experience in Digital transformation, innovation or digital product management will also be considered.
