This role follows a hybrid work model which consists of 4 days in office per week. Additionally, you will receive 5 additional remote days per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer to support our Quantitative Investment Science organization. This role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Azure-based cloud environments that power our Investment Analytics Platform.

You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, and IT partners to support the full application and data lifecycle—enhancing automation, reliability, and operational excellence across the platform.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Strong expertise in CI/CD, Git workflows, scripting (Bash/Python/PowerShell), and containerization (Docker/Podman)

  • Manages cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code, in Microsoft Azure

  • Working knowledge of Snowflake and data platform ecosystems.

  • Shows proven capability in incident management, troubleshooting and operational governance

What you will do:

  • Build, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions

  • Support and operate cloud platforms using a follow-the-sun model to ensure high availability and rapid issue resolution, including issue triage, root cause analysis, prioritization, and coordination with analysts and engineers for timely resolution

  • Coordinate Git-based source control and standardize deployments using containerization (Docker or Podman)

  • Apply strong configuration management and security guidelines, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps tools, standards, and operational processes

What you bring:

  • High energy and collaborative work style

  • Proficient in using scripting languages to develop quick prototypes and proof-of-concepts

  • A track record of successfully completing complex projects

  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent

Experience

  • 6 years of DevOps experience in cloud-based, software delivery

  • Experience working within the financial services or investment management industry
