What You'll Do
  • Own the design and production of paid media assets across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic — static, animated, and short-form video formats.

  • Partner with the performance marketing team to build a structured creative testing roadmap: hypothesize, produce variants, iterate on what works.
  • Design and maintain App Store listing visuals (screenshots, feature graphics, preview videos) for iOS and Android across APAC and ME markets
  • Build high-converting landing pages in close collaboration with developers and CRO specialists
  • Localise creative for key markets — adapting tone, imagery, and messaging for Singapore, Australia, Japan, and UAE audiences.
  • Translate performance data into clear creative decisions: what to kill, what to scale, what to test next.
  • Brief and manage freelancers or external creative production when needed.
  • Keep our creative asset library organised and templates production-ready.
What We're Looking For
  • 3–6 years of design experience with a portfolio that shows paid media creative, ASO assets, and/or acquisition landing pages — not just brand work.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, with solid Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects a strong plus for motion).
  • Genuine understanding of performance marketing: you know what a test variant, a CPA target, and a post-click conversion rate mean — and you design with them in mind.
  • Experience producing assets across Meta, Google, and/or TikTok ad formats and placements.
  • Comfortable managing multiple briefs in parallel without dropping quality.
  • Strong communicator — able to explain creative decisions in the language of performance outcomes.
  • Based in Singapore
Bonus Points
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry — you know how to make compliance-friendly creative still convert.
  • Familiarity with ASO tools (e.g. AppFollow, MobileAction, Sensor Tower) and platform best practices for App Store Connect and Google Play.
  • Motion design skills: short-form video ads, animated display, or social-native formats.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page briefing or lightweight implementation.
  • Experience in multi-market campaign management across APAC or MENA.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, or similar).
