The UX Designer will work closely with the project teams to lead the design, orchestration and communication of design initiatives with the front office and other business stakeholders. Successful candidates have hands-on experience to drive design topics for small, medium and large projects, for an audience of hundreds of business colleagues.YOUR CHALLENGEDesign System, UI Design
- Working with Figma as our central design tool
- Create ‘ready for handover to development’ UI components and patterns
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Ensure superb “dev experience” for developers consuming from the enterprise library
- Continuously innovate and improve the Design System
- Balance enterprise goals with product team needs
- Support organization-wide adoption through support and guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate Design System
- Collaborate with designers and Front-End Developers in their respective product teams
- Co-drive with the team explorative initiatives involving AI more in the design process
Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

- Associate Director
Professional and Technical
- 2-3y experience working with large scale Design System
- Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design
- Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills to translate design expert topics in an understandable fashion for management
- Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
- Experience in a highly Agile/scrum environment
- Good understanding of software development processes

- Excellent stakeholder management skills. Ability to articulate your ideas clearly
- Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills, as well as defining concrete deliverables
