- Manage construction contracts, design scope changes, submittals, and construction support.
- Lead design reviews and provide engineering, constructability, and compliance feedback.
- Coordinate with design, construction, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support incident investigations and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Manage infrastructure databases, drawings, and engineering records.
- Perform capacity vs. demand gap analysis and prepare scope recommendations.
- Prepare and present weekly project reports.
- 15+ years of semiconductor facility design and construction experience, including tool installation.
- Experience in process chemical systems preferred (pure water, wastewater, bulk chemicals, and gases).
- Strong knowledge of design management, construction support, and compliance requirements.
- Proven stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
