We are hiring a Design Lead to lead the design team and manage visual creative execution, ensuring brand consistency and technical excellence across all design outputs and touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee design team execution and quality of all creative deliverables
Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate design standards
Collaborate with art direction and copywriting to develop integrated creative concepts
Ensure all design outputs meet brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
Manage design workflows and coordinate with external design partners
Support design team development and capability building
Maintain design asset libraries and file organization systems
Ensure brand guidelines compliance across all design assets
Requirements:
5+ years experience in design leadership or senior design roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and solid conceptual thinking
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Advanced proficiency with design principles and digital-first design practices
Proven experience managing design teams and coordinating complex workflows
Strong quality assurance and design review skills with ability to provide constructive feedback
Understanding of file preparation for both digital and print production
Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure with multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of accessibility standards for digital assets
Demonstrated collaborative skills with art direction and copywriting teams
Experience coordinating with external design partners and vendors
Knowledge of brand guidelines and compliance requirements
