Demand Supply Planner/Master Scheduler

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• Master Schedule to drive and co-ordinates the overall business strategic planning as part of the supply chain to manage the demand vs supply (Drive 8-12 Qs forward looking process).
• To present the overall business plan at the master schedule (MS) meeting.
• Participate and analyze forecast demand fluctuations and analyze its impact to customer’s orders and material support
• Work closely with various key stakeholders: Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing operation, Finance, Logistics, etc to optimize the build plan, navigate the required actions from all teams & react quickly to the changes to achieve corporate revenue target & customer commitment.
• Execute and maintain accuracy of MRP loading and validation
• Develop and maintain key performance metrics

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or technical field or equivalent experience
• Some worked experience in MPS and MRP Planning and Inventory management
• Good Analytical skill, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Familiarity with MRP (SAP) processes and proficiency with Microsoft office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI dashboard etc
• Working knowledge of computer software applications eg VBA programming language (eg. create Macro)
