The Demand Generation Manager – APAC will define, own, and scale the regional demand generation strategy to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth across diverse APAC markets. 

This is a high-impact, regional ownership role responsible for building and optimizing the APAC demand engine. The role serves as the primary digital demand partner to APAC sales leadership, translating revenue goals into scalable multi-channel programs tailored to regional market dynamics. 

You will align global strategy with local execution, ensuring programs are culturally relevant, data-driven, and revenue-focused. 

Key Responsibilities 

Regional Strategy & Ownership 

  • Define and execute the end-to-end APAC demand generation strategy 
  • Translate regional sales goals into actionable demand plans 
  • Align global campaign frameworks with APAC market realities 
  • Build scalable regional programs that support both volume and enterprise motions 

Multi-Channel Campaign Execution 

  • Architect and execute integrated digital programs tailored to diverse APAC buyer personas, including: 
  • Webinars (strategy, content collaboration, promotion, execution, follow-up) 
  • Content syndication via regional and global vendors 
  • Email marketing and multi-touch nurture programs 
  • Digital lead generation campaigns in partnership with PPC teams 
  • Targeted campaigns for priority accounts and territories 
  • You will: 
  • Own campaign setup, testing, optimization, and performance tracking 
  • Ensure localization across languages and cultures 
  • Adapt messaging for markets such as Japan, ANZ, SEA, India, and Korea 
  • Leverage regional digital ecosystems, publishers, and social platforms 

Sales Alignment & Regional Partnership 

  • Serve as the trusted digital demand generation partner to APAC sales leadership 
  • Align programs to priority accounts, verticals, and territories 
  • Support enterprise and strategic account initiatives 
  • Provide visibility into campaign performance and pipeline contribution 
  • Participate in regional planning and QBRs as the demand lead 

Performance, Analytics & Optimization 

  • Define KPIs and reporting framework for APAC demand performance 
  • Present quarterly performance reviews to leadership 
  • This role requires a strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead lifecycle stages, and revenue attribution models. 

Budget & Vendor Management 

  • Own and manage the APAC demand generation budget 
  • Allocate spend strategically across channels and markets 
  • Forecast ROI and optimize cost efficiency 

Required Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing 
  • At least 2 years owning regional or multi-country demand programs 
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline impact through digital channels 
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the APAC region 
  • Strong knowledge of APAC promotion channels, publishers, and syndication vendors 
  • Experience localizing campaigns across multiple APAC countries and languages 
  • Hands-on experience with webinars, content syndication, email marketing, and digital lead generation 
  • Experience working closely with regional sales teams in a field-aligned model 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards 
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring pipeline and revenue contribution 
  • Experience managing external vendors and agencies 
  • Excellent project management and cross-cultural communication skills 
  • Background in cybersecurity, networking, SaaS, or enterprise technology a nice to have
