The Field Marketing Manager is a regional marketer responsible for running in-person marketing events to generate high-quality leads and expand our customer base in the APAC region. You will work closely with the marketing and sales organizations to align efforts and use data analytics to measure and improve performance. You will craft targeted marketing programs to engage and nurture prospects throughout the buyer's journey, ultimately driving conversion and revenue growth.
What You Will Do:
- Plan and execute to meet regional objectives aligned to global corporate strategy. Campaigns will target the APAC region, specifically Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia, tailored for channel, language, audiences, and programs.
- Coordinate with the content team to create compelling assets optimized for demand generation.
- Run trade shows, private dinners, executive advisory boards, and thought leadership to help the APAC region reach its pipeline objectives.
- Measure, report, and optimize program and campaign performance and effectively and consistently communicate campaign plans, programs, and results with organizational stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the communication ecosystem. Leverage market research to identify new demand generation opportunities.
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation, preferably within the B2B SaaS market.
- Able to develop and execute successful field marketing events, resulting in measurable lead generation and revenue growth.
- Experience marketing to product managers, customer experience professionals, and C-suite.
- Proficient in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for a variety of marketing channels
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Extra consideration will be given to an additional language that supports our APAC market, such as Japanese, Malay, or Bahasa
- Willing to travel within the APAC region as required.
