Important Information 

Location: Singapore

Job mode: Contract

 Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced CMOD Administrator to manage our Content Manager OnDemand infrastructure, support report offloading and mainframe onboarding, and drive automation and process improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities:


- Manage CMOD hardware, software, reports, and users

- Support EOSA report offloading and mainframe onboarding

- Automate repeated tasks using scripts (Shell, Python)

- Manage hardware and software infrastructure

- Install, configure, and maintain CMOD and related software

- Monitor and maintain DB, cache storage, and archive storage

- Automate DB and storage housekeeping activities

- Define report indexing, storage sets, and workflows

- Create and maintain application groups, applications, and folders

- Manage backup, recovery, and tuning of CMOD systems

- Resolve CMOD issues and handle SRs and production incidents

- Perform system analysis and recommend process improvements


Technical Competencies:


- CMOD, ODF, ERM, ODWEK, CMOD indexing

- Shell, Java, PowerShell, NodeJS, Python

- Databases: Oracle, DB2, MariaDB, MySQL

- RESTful APIs

- Tools: GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, Nexus, SonarQube, Bitbucket

 

Requirements:

- Strong CMOD administration experience

- Experience with scripting and automation

- Knowledge of databases and RESTful APIs

- Experience with DevOps tools (GIT, Jenkins, etc.)
