About the role:
- As part of our continued growth, ERM Energetics has an opportunity for an experienced leader to join our global consulting firm as an Equity Partner and Decarbonization Technology Lead in Singapore.
- We are seeking for a leader who is interested to become an integral part of our well established and thriving community, contributing to ongoing commercial and business success through collaboration with a well-organized, and focused multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
- Demonstrated experience in decarbonization, net zero planning and target setting frameworks, transition planning and detailed understanding of transition risks, financial analysis and business case development related to decarbonization technologies and abatement measures.
- Understanding of energy and carbon markets as they relate to decarbonization activities and net zero plans is required.
- Partner with Account Directors to actively develop commercial strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities that result in significant revenue growth with target clients aligned with ERM’s global strategy.
About You
- Strategy consulting experience and high level of familiarity and proven experience with developing decarbonization strategies for large corporate clients. Experience in commercial strategy and business transformation is desirable.
- Experience in leading project teams: end-to-end project delivery experience through the consulting project lifecycle, ability to nurture talent and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Practical / applied technology knowledge: experience evaluating, planning, procuring and implementing decarbonization technologies / projects / programs relating to:
-Behind and in front of meter renewable energy and BESS
-Electrification and efficiency
-Industrial processes and heavy industry
-Transportation
-Future fuels
- Sector specific knowledge in either the Built Environment or Heavy Industrial sector.
- Networked with technology providers and clients in Singapore and Asia.
- Presence and ability to work at the Executive and grass roots level, including stakeholder facilitation and board / sub-board level presentations.
