Serve as the advisor for APAC region for deal booking and commercial approvals, ensuring compliance with pricing policies, approval frameworks, and company guidelines. Review commercial contracts for accuracy and risk, provide timely support to Sales on deal configuration and CRM processes, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to resolve non-standard commercial requirements. Monitor deal pipelines and reporting to identify and remediate discrepancies, advise on complex strategic deals, and provide cross-regional deal desk support to ensure business continuity and efficient deal execution. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary advisor for deal booking in the CRM, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy, pricing guidelines, and approval policies.

  • Review and approve commercial contracts for accuracy and compliance, meeting turnaround SLAs while escalating and remediating risks where needed.

  • Provide frontline support to Sales on quote configuration, company policy interpretation, deal navigation, and basic CRM troubleshooting to unblock deals quickly.

  • Check reports/dashboards to monitor deal flow; proactively surface discrepancies, drive corrections, and track resolution to closure.

  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Product to address non-standard terms and invoicing requirements, obtaining necessary approvals and balancing risk with commercial intent.

  • Advise Strategic Account Managers on complex or high-value deals from a deal booking perspective, anticipating any potential blockers in the internal process.

  • Cover for other regions (e.g. EMEA) when colleagues are absent

Experience & Background

    Essential:

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management

  • Experience in navigating CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce)

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

  • 2+ year’s experience working in deal desk/contract administration/sales / commercial operation or related role within a SaaS or technology company, with a proven track record of handling complex, high-value transactions

  • G suite Experience

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and quote-to-cash processes.

  • Ability to interpret company policies and ensure compliance with internal controls.

  • Desirable:

  • Salesforce technical proficiency

  • Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot CRM and deal booking issues.

  • Legal Background 

  • Deal structuring experience 

Skills & Competencies

    Technical / Functional Skills: 

  • Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ proficiency.

  • Deal Desk operations and quote-to-cash process expertise.

  • Commercial contract review and interpretation.

  • Pricing strategy, discount governance, and approval matrix management.

  • CRM data management and deal booking accuracy.

  • Knowledge of revenue recognition and invoicing processes.

  • Behavioural Competencies:
