Key Responsibilities
• Define and drive enterprise data strategy aligned with business objectives
• Provide advisory on data architecture, governance, and analytics frameworks
• Lead data governance initiatives, including data quality, integrity, and compliance standards
• Architect and oversee implementation of scalable data platforms, pipelines, and analytics solutions
• Drive best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and performance optimization
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders to support key business decisions
• Lead cross-functional teams and act as escalation point for complex data issues
• Manage end-to-end delivery of data initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, KPIs, and value realization

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data architecture
• Proven expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and scalable data pipeline design
• Strong experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or comparable programming languages
• Experience in data governance, including data quality, MDM, and metadata management
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at senior leadership levels
• Experience leading enterprise-scale data transformation or delivery programs
