Join Us and Lead the Real Estate Revolution!

We are looking for a junior-level data scientist who is equally comfortable writing SQL queries and ML models as they are stepping into a room with stakeholders to solve business problems. This person will be learning the ropes to be a go-to data consultant for internal teams — from product managers to the CEO — helping them make data-driven decisions, build experiments, and uncover strategic opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deeply understand problems and design data-backed solutions.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis, report, A/B test evaluation, and causal inference when needed.
  • Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models in production (e.g., demand forecasting, pricing models, recommendations etc.).
  • Generate data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights clearly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and translate them into data solutions.
  • Act as a data partner to stakeholders — translating complex questions into analytical plans, and results into actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated on latest tools, techniques, applications and best practices in data science and machine learning.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong SQL skill and using Python for software engineering, data wrangling and ML-modelling.
  • Familiar with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or other similar ML/DL  libraries.
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to translate data insights into business impact.

Are you ready to shape the future of real estate? Join us in this exciting journey of innovation, collaboration, and growth. Together, let's redefine what's possible in the world of real estate.
