Job Description

Are you a data-savvy strategic player who yearns to make a lasting impact by solving critical business questions for a global industry leader using data, science and technology? As a Talent Analytics and Insights Intern at Procter & Gamble, you will be instrumental in optimizing our hiring processes through data-driven insights. We seek an exceptional individual with a solid foundation in data science and analytics, eager to collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team on developing predictive models that drive hiring and talent management decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Develop predictive models to provide data-driven insights on attrition, hiring needs and workforce trends
  • Drive Talent Optimization through insights that improves recruitment strategies, internal mobility, etc.
  • Engage in close stakeholder collaboration with HR teams across the region to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Develop HR Dashboard to visualize key HR metrics
  • Support HR analytics initiatives

Job Qualifications

  • You are a student able to commit to an internship from around end April to early August. Internship is open to university students of all years.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Applied Science or other related technical disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and/or SQL
  • Experience in predictive modelling and machine learning
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and HR analytics is a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence others to take action.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally – with people from different functions, backgrounds and experiences.
  • Possess strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Proven capability to handle multiple priorities.
