About the role
We are looking for a Data Engineer who’s passionate about working with cutting edge technology to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our team of Data Engineers, Analysts, and business stakeholders to enhance our cutting-edge data models, tech stack, and visualizations, driving impactful business decisions.
What you'll do
- Support in Invoice Generation: Maintain and support our Data Pipelines to enable accurate and timely invoicing of our customers.
- Support Invoice Data Quality Checks: Setup and maintain visualizations related to our Invoicing generation.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers: As part of the data engineering team, continuously improve our technology stack, which includes Snowflake, Dagster, dbt, and Holistics.
You will be a good candidate if you:
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a technical university or a similar qualification.
- Have a proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in data architecture, data modelling, and data warehousing.
- Have experience with tools such as Snowflake, Kafka, dbt, SQL databases, and workflow/orchestration tools like Airflow, or Dagster. Are familiar with version control systems like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services such as AWS.
- Are proficient in programming with Python or a similar language.
Extra Points if you:
- Energy Market Experience: Have experience in energy markets and a passion for renewable energy.
- Agile Practices: Are familiar with Agile working practices.
- Multi-Region Data Management: Have experience managing data architectures that span multiple countries.
