- Design, build, and optimize scalable data engineering pipelines to support AI and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Work with Copilot Studio for AI solution design, development, and integration.
- Implement and manage solutions on Microsoft Azure Infrastructure, including AI Foundry and related cloud services.
- Develop, test, and deploy Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAGs) frameworks for enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to translate analytical models into production-ready solutions.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across the AI/ML ecosystem.
- Optimize performance and scalability of AI-driven data solutions.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering.
- Strong background in Data Science with hands-on data pipeline implementation.
- Practical experience with Copilot Studio for AI-based development.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and related services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Synapse, Cognitive Services, etc.).
- Proven track record of RAGs (Retrieval Augmented Generation) creation and implementation.
- Strong programming skills in Python / SQL / PySpark (or similar).
- Experience in designing and managing cloud-native data architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
