About the Role
Are you a curious, data-driven individual eager to kickstart your career in analytics? As a Data Analytics Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across the digital data lifecycle – from data preparation and engineering support to analysis and insights generation. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals on impactful projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Data Preparation & Engineering Support
• Assist in cleaning, transforming, and validating data from various sources.
• Support maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Document data sources, definitions, and processes.
• Maintain and update digital tracking documentation for TMRW App and Web across markets.
• Review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to identify tracking needs.
• Prepare and execute UAT test cases based on BRDs/FSDs.

Data Analysis & Reporting
o Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
o Develop dashboards and reports using visualization tools.
o Create presentations translating data findings into actionable insights.
o Build or enhance simple dashboards in Adobe Analytics or AppsFlyer
under analyst guidance.
Insights Generation
o Collaborate with analysts and business teams to meet analytical needs.
o Contribute to projects on app performance, user behavior, and process
optimization.
o Identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.

What We’re Looking For
Education

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Basic SQL proficiency.
• Familiarity with Excel; exposure to Python or R is a plus.
• Understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., QlikSense, Power BI,
  Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
