About the Role

Decathlon aims to become the best sports digital platform. We want to enable customers to experience Decathlon through many local sport-centric experiences by connecting third-party actors and services, in a secure and performant way.

We are looking for our Decathlon Singapore Cyber Security leader. Within the Digital team, you implement the company's security policy, assess the vulnerability of applications / solutions in your area, support employees to guarantee the security of applications / solutions in your area and associated data. Security underlies the concepts of availability, integrity, confidentiality and traceability.

You will report to the Chief Digital Officer and act as a vital link between local operations and the global Cybersecurity Community. 

Key Responsibilities

1. I identify the risks and define the security policy / action plans for my perimeter

  • Analyze the risks upstream and in support of projects
  • Establish and make available a risk map
  • Choose / support the choice of most appropriate technical measures
  • Carry out checks and audits, most often with the help of external service providers
  • Create / lead / participate in an information security risk committee
  • Act as an ambassador against Shadow IT by identifying and regularizing unauthorized local tools in alignment with group initiatives

2. I guarantee the implementation and monitoring of the security actions plan

  • Enforce norms and standards of security by monitoring and improving scores on global KPI Dashboards
  • Lead the Incident Response and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) strategy for the perimeter
  • Pilot remediation plans
  • Analyze the causes of incidents and consolidate / improve security measures.
  • Regularly test the correct functioning of the security measures put in place to detect weaknesses and deficiencies.
  • Facilitate the continuous improvement of security with developers, application managers, product managers, etc.

3. I communicate and train on security standards related to my perimeter

  • Animate the security culture by leading the security awareness program 
  • Foster a DevSecOps culture by collaborating with developers and product managers to ensure secure coding practices and global security invariants are strictly adhered to
  • Communicate, give meaning to the importance of security
  • Raise awareness among new employees to security
  • Train and support to empower employees in my area
  • Take into account the data privacy aspect
  • Collaborate closely with Global and local Data privacy peers

4. Technology watch

  • Ensure technology watch, so as to guarantee the security of my scope (software threats, external apps, etc.)
  • Ensure a regulatory watch on the protection of personal data
  • Proactively involved in choice and tools/app selection
  • Find and share to propose innovative solutions to respond to the problems induced by the introduction of a new technology

Hard skills

  • You have excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and oral, in English
  • Good technical knowledge of cloud and on-premise infrastructure
  • Control / overview of security in general (server, network, risk assessment, data privacy, security audits, general cybersecurity framework and governance approach)
