Develop and maintain scalable Java and Spring Boot backend services for APAC e-commerce. Create digital and in-store visual assets for Decathlon Singapore’s new East store opening, including website, app, social media, signage, LED screens, print materials, campaigns, and activations. Maintain brand consistency across formats, support multiple projects, collaborate with Marketing and E-Commerce teams, and contribute creative ideas while learning print production processes.

Develops category strategy, assortment, pricing, sustainability plans, and omnichannel commercialization for team sports across a geographic zone. Analyzes market trends, customer behavior, competitors, and offer performance; coordinates with supply, retail, digital, merchandising, and country teams; ensures product compliance and availability; and drives turnover and profitability through effective range management.

Owner of demand forecasting and inventory optimization for a product category. Align supply strategy with market insights, publish purchase quantities, monitor forecast accuracy weekly, and implement improvements to prevent stock outs and excess inventory.

Handle high-volume racket servicing, managing bulk orders with a lead time of 45 minutes per racket while providing excellent customer service.

Provide legal and compliance support for Decathlon Singapore across production, supply and retail. Manage regulatory compliance, product compliance, commercial contracts, data privacy governance, corporate secretarial duties, legal operations, contract repositories, and internal legal training. Support APAC legal director and adapt global policies to local context.

Lead country-wide e-commerce fulfillment and operations strategy for Singapore: plan demand and capacity, optimize infrastructure and tech alignment, enforce quality and SOPs, manage KPIs and costs, mentor ship-from-store and warehouse teams, govern 3PL/last-mile partners, run procurement/tenders, and drive continuous improvement and customer-focused delivery.
