Six-month full-time hybrid internship in Singapore supporting APAC data teams. Partner with stakeholders to define questions, clean and analyze data with SQL/Python/dbt, build Tableau dashboards and automated trackers, communicate insights to business leaders, and apply documentation, version control, peer review, and data quality checks.

Support Decathlon Singapore's CRM leader to plan and execute email and push campaigns, manage the CRM calendar, run A/B tests, generate performance reports, build automated lifecycle flows, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and optimize messaging to drive conversion, retention, engagement, and omni-channel traffic.

Lead country-wide e-commerce fulfillment and operations strategy for Singapore: plan demand and capacity, optimize infrastructure and tech alignment, enforce quality and SOPs, manage KPIs and costs, mentor ship-from-store and warehouse teams, govern 3PL/last-mile partners, run procurement/tenders, and drive continuous improvement and customer-focused delivery.

Support L&D by updating training records, validating past learning, creating communications, and monitoring participation. Assist employee engagement by coordinating activities, events, and feedback. Help roll out wellbeing campaigns, communicate resources, research benefits, and work with HR and business leaders to improve teammate experience.
