Lead country-wide e-commerce fulfillment and operations strategy for Singapore: plan demand and capacity, optimize infrastructure and tech alignment, enforce quality and SOPs, manage KPIs and costs, mentor ship-from-store and warehouse teams, govern 3PL/last-mile partners, run procurement/tenders, and drive continuous improvement and customer-focused delivery.

As a Treasury Analyst, you'll manage daily cash for multiple APAC countries, oversee liquidity management, and ensure compliance with internal controls while collaborating with local leaders.

Support L&D by updating training records, validating past learning, creating communications, and monitoring participation. Assist employee engagement by coordinating activities, events, and feedback. Help roll out wellbeing campaigns, communicate resources, research benefits, and work with HR and business leaders to improve teammate experience.
