Teams at Decathlon Digital

Assist in planning and executing Decathlon's event strategy, managing logistics, engaging with community partners, and enhancing brand visibility.

Support creation of digital and in-store visual content for website, app, social and retail. Produce campaign assets, design merchandising signage and LED screen layouts, maintain brand consistency, assist print production, and collaborate with Marketing and E‑Commerce teams during a 6-month full-time internship.

Support L&D by updating training records, validating past learning, creating communications, and monitoring participation. Assist employee engagement by coordinating activities, events, and feedback. Help roll out wellbeing campaigns, communicate resources, research benefits, and work with HR and business leaders to improve teammate experience.
