Job Title: Customer Success Manager – Electronic Trading

Job Description Summary

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Electronic Trading, you will partner with our trading clients to ensure they maximize value from LSEG’s trading platforms, data, and workflow capabilities. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving product adoption, delivering meaningful outcomes, and influencing our product roadmap through actionable client insights.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Adoption

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies for Electronic Trading solutions.
  • Monitor key usage metrics, analyze customer data, and provide recommendations that improve adoption and retention.
  • Ensure clients fully utilize their entitlements and embed our solutions into trading workflows.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Build relationships with end users, desk heads, market data teams, application owners, and senior decision makers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, workflow deep dives, and enablement sessions.
  • Identify customer risks and opportunities through usage and health analysis.
Product & Roadmap Alignment
  • Communicate product roadmaps and upcoming enhancements to customers.
  • Gather structured feedback, represent client needs, and collaborate with product teams to shape enhancements.
  • Support the improvement and expansion of existing Electronic Trading products within your remit.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Account Managers, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Implementation teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
  • Support onboarding, deployment, and post‑sale workflow integration.
  • Contribute to marketing input, client insights, and internal knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in financial markets, trading platforms, market data, or electronic trading.
  • Strong understanding of multi‑asset trading workflows (e.g., FX, Fixed Income, e‑trading connectivity).
  • Working knowledge of APIs, trading system infrastructure, and workflow integration.
  • Proven ability to interpret usage data and turn insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and customer‑centric approach.
  • Industry certifications (FIA, AWS Cloud Practitioner, etc.) are an advantage.
